Hi there Trong
Yes thank you for writing - we were both very happy with the guides in
hanoi and in sapa - very energetic and had a good attitude. The cruise
with heritage I think people had a few problems with - the accommodation
was clean and food excellent but staff didnt speak any english (crew on
the boat) and the guides english wasn't that good..but for what we paid
for and you did say it was the lowest standard you send people on we
were overall happy. I think as long as you warn people before like you
did I think they can't complain so thanks.
also maybe tell people how cold it will be so they can pack some warmer
clothes - nobody we met had prepared the correct clothes. It was
freezing...

Dear Mr. Trong,
Yes, we have been back for a week.
Now trying to catch up with all the works.
I must say (my friends too) that the service provided by you and the
guide (Doung) is better than we expected.
Our spouses commended Doung good command of English, friendliness and
knowledge.
I must not leave out Mr Huang (I think that’s his name) – the master
driver for his good and safe driving.
So to-date, we have no negative impression of your company, services,
arrangement and pricing.
Of course, I will recommend any of my friends visiting Hanoi to use your
services.
I for sure will repeat use of your service of my future visit to Hanoi.
Mr. Trong, do keep up with your good works.
