Dear Nguyen Thi Nga
We have no comment on your services. They were fine. The accommodation
in Thuan Thien Hotel in Rach Gia was fine as well. The room was nice and
clean and a good price and the staff was very nice. We did not have
breakfast as we left very early in the morning to go to Phu Quoc. The
staff at Thuan Thien Hotel arranged a taxi for us and again we were very
please with their service. We would certainly use our services again or
recommend them to other.
Have a nice day!

Hello Nga,
Sure I remember you. The tickets from Hanoi to Lao Cai were well
organised and we have very good memories from Vietnam. The air condition
in the train was to strong so the temperatur in was too cold.
Unfortunatly nobody was able to change this situation. But the
organisation of the ticket and the service to bring the ticket to our
hotel in Hanoi was brilliant.
Thank you very much and a happy new year than on 14th February
Nice regards

Hi Thu Hien,
About Thousand Star resort and Charm hotel, Phu Quoc island
The information on your website are incorrect.
The owner has changed since the last time you entered your information.
The name of the resort has also changed (forgot the new one).
The service on the hotel was really poor. Only two people were speaking
English, so it was very difficult to get what we wanted. Every time we
needed someone, it took us at least 20 min to find somebody as the
reception was always deserted.
Overall, we thought that it was over priced for the service level.
I would give it a 1 out of 10.

Mustapha

Dear Ms. Nguyen,
We were very, very pleased with the accommodation at Thanh Kieu Resort!
Punctual pick-up, nice bungalows, helpful staff. One of the most
wonderful beach strips on Long Beach. Breakfast was also good. The only
"negative" thing is they sent us to the airport a bit early with a taxi
together with other people who had, I assume, an earlier flight - had to
wait quite long then.
But except for that, really good stay. We all enjoyed it. Phu Quoc is a
stunning island.
Regards,
Stefanie

Thu Hien,
Thank you for the email - we had a wonderful time in Vietnam. Your
services were excellent and we would certainly recommend your company to
other travelers. I struggled to find suggestions for improving the
service - one idea that I would suggest would be to include a map of the
Hanoi and Lao Cai train stations so it is easier to figure out where to
pick up to tickets. Other than that, I have no complaints.
Thank you for making our experience so memorable and easy to manage.
Sincerely,
Michael Montgomery

hi Nga,
thanks for your e-mail. we were fully satisfied with everything,
especially ms.thao with her experience and
friendly attitude. Also, Pandanus resort in phan thiet is superb, and
the bungalows are super. All in all, the total
trip to Vietnam and Cambodia was excellent and we can only recommend
your company.
Hoping to return one day we send you our sincvere greetings

Hello Nga!
We are fine thanks!
Transport and hotel was ok. We understand the litte delay of the
transport. Maybe the driver could call to the hotel, and tell that he is
little late. The trip back to Ho Chi Minh City went very fast what was
good!
But the New Years Gala was ment for russians people.
The had the best tables, table clothing and their chairs were decorated
- and the program was focused to them. When the show was over we have to
watch russian tv-program and listen at least 5 times the same russian
music-CD.
If the Gala dinner is compulsory, then the gala should be international
and it should pay regard to other coutries visitors also.
This you can tell to the hotel!
We were very pleased to your services - and most certainly use your
services again, when we come to Vietnam next time. Hope soon!

Hi Hien,
Thank you for your email.
How are you doing? The service we got both in Vt and Cd were great. I'm
sorry but have to say that the lunch service was mostly bad to worst
according to my previous experiences. Too much money orientated, most
restaurants were not willing to serve even plain (drinking) water or tea
in order for us to spend extra money, money. In our packaged tours to
China and Korea, SOFT drinks and hot tea were included, but beer with
extra charges. Sadly, in Vietnam and Cambodia, we had to pay extra to
get regular water or hot tea to be served. It should be stated up front
in your itinerary that water and tea is extra. If restaurants do not
want to serve water or soft drink or hot tea, then cheap lunches should
NOT be included as to dinners. I'd rather have lunch with my own MENU
and drink water or beer with my own expense as we did for DINNER.. A lot
of choices!
All I'd like to say is All DRIVERS & GUIDES were splendid!! very
professional! but Lunches were BIG Minus ( -- )! (Except one lunch at a
local garden like restaurant which was the best in the whole trip!) I
did always complained to the local guides about cheap lunch without tea
or water, if you'd rather ask them.
One more thing Id like to complain about is too many stops for (forced)
shopping at local guide choice; stone carving, wood carving, jade
carving to name a few without asking us in advance. We came to sight
seeing, not for shopping, unless we ask for it. One or two is enough, I
understandably accept, but just for the commission for the guide, we had
to surfer a lot. But I did tip every local guides and drivers.
Please forgive me if I'm too frank and candid.
Sincerely,
Albert

Dear Thu Hien,
it nice to got email from you.
for a whole trip we (all of us) are happy. and I thank you for that,
only few issue make it not perfect one, such as:
1. our trip is for elderies (6 of 10) are over 60, these informed
already, but in HANOI we should walked and carried our luggage to/from
hotel. actually you could arrange small bus/minibus so can take us right
infront of hotel.
2. better if we have the same tour guide during our trip in Hanoi, due
to a bit confusing have 2 different guide person in 2 days......hehehe......
hard to remember their name.
3. on my all previous trips, guide always with us until we depart, guide
should take us to airport. first we had to walked to pupet show with our
luggages then we also had helped driver (which came alone) to took up
all luggage to bus, and took dowm them in the airport. correct that 2 of
us are male, but they are not young anymore.
4. when we arrived in HCMC, i thought no one pick us up......the guide
took the wrong paper name, i'm a bit worried due to i count on you and
no back up plan if something happen like this.......thanks God it was
only wrong took paper name !
from 3 guides which with us, only Sakya makes us satisfied, he could
answer all question, answer with data, and reason, sometimes gave his
funny jokes makes us comfort. he really can help and show vegetarian
resto, halal food, also remind me what should do on the croud, etc.
Thu Hien, it is a coincident that you email me, due to i plan to email
you, just like the telepathy feeling...hahahahaha.......
hope you have time for helping me. the possibility i sell the vietnam
trip to my clients and friends.
and now i have 2 separate group future client, which want to go to Hanoi
and Saigon. one is interested to go to ha long bay dan cu chi, but the
other is not intereted on cu chi tunnel, hope you can give me the
alternate instead of cu chi.
trip will be 2nite in Hanoi and 3 nite in Saigon (almost like i did), is
it possible if Sakya be their guide during in Vietnam (including while
in Hanoi-yr air ticket and accomodation near their ofcouse) ? if not,
Sakya only guide in HCMC and have your other talent/good Hanoi tour
guide while in Hanoi.
time will be in early June (date 2-6 June 2010) and Desember 2010.
Could you help me to give quotation for those one with the alternatives
:
1. alternative 1, with 4star hotel
2. alternative 2, with 2star hotel (like i did)
3. quotation with only 2 guests (a couple)
4. quotation for 6 guest (3 couple) or more
please also explane in detail the in/out of scope such as trip
insurance, tipping, etc
please give me the best one, will compete with travel agent......
heheheh......
thank you for yr kind attention. if you have any question please email
me.
I sincerely hope that can be a good partner and maintain this mutual
cooperation through the time ahead.

Hi Hien,
Thank you for your very polite and efficient service in Vietnam . We
would recommend your services to others . The guides were very good and
really made our trip great . The boat cruise was fantastic and the food
was very good .
The only mild problem was the café on silk St (? Hang Gai) Ha Noi where
we were to meet the bus was to leave for Ha Long did not open until
later than we thought and they did not really understand our situation .
Our only other complaint was bad weather in Hoi An ! We cant do much
about that .
Thanks Grant and family

Dear Thu Hien
How lovely to hear from you and thank you for writing. We really hope
that you have a very good 2010 also.
We were all very very happy with the tour that you provided and have
been speaking to friends about it and if anyone was interested in coming
to Vietnam I would certainly suggest they do the tour with you.
The only thing that I would say is that the guide who took us to Vinh
Long and Cu Chi was a bit difficult to understand her English. Apart
from that the holiday was fantastic and we have many fond memories of
it. I have even learnt how to make fresh spring rolls and when we eat
them we think of your beautiful country.
Kindest regards

Bonjour Huyen,
Nous avons été très satisfaits de notre voyage au Vietnam. L'hôtel Duc
Tuan est un
hôtel simple, très propre et l'accueil par la famille a été EXCEPTIONNEL.
A recommander
car on a vraiment l'impression d'être des amis plutôt que des clients.
Tuan nous a
organisé des visites de la région avec son père comme guide, et il nous
a même
raccompagné à l'aéroport d'Hanoï en voiture. Si nous avons l'occasion de
retourner à Tam Coc, nous retournerons chez Tuan.
Cordialement,
Michel PATTE

Dear Ms Thu Hien
As soon as I returned in my country and I write you my experiences.
I thank you very much for the astonishing program.
All was perfect. New cars, informed and polite guides, perfect Private
Junk in Halong bay.
We passed perfect, because you offered to us one perfect tour.
You can use my reviews for publicity and you can give my e-mail in
whoever you want.
I hope to do again the same trip.
Thank you & best regards

Dear Luong Lan,
I'm fine and missing Vietnam and Phan Thiet terribly. There temperature
is 15 degrees below 0 here in Moscow :-).
Thank you so much for our well organized trip. The provided service was
excellent.
I've already recommended you to my friends. They plan to go there in
March.
Regarding to me I hope me want to visit Vietnam once again because there
are many things to see.
Thanks a lot and I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi Luong,
Yes, unfortunately we have returned to work but we did have a wonderful
holiday in Vietnam - we were sad to leave!
We have already completed some evaluations from earlier in our trip and
left them with our guides. The transport arrangements, vehicles, guides
and drivers were all excellent. We were also happy with the
accommodation except for the comments already made about the hotel in
Hue. Also the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City refused to give our daughters a
twin room unless we were prepared to pay $45US per night extra and
insisted they sleep together in a double bed. Thankfully, when our guide
(Kevin) arrived later in the evening, he resolved this problem and our
daughters were given a satisfactory room.
I would especially commend our guide - Kevin - in Ho Chi Minh City and
the Mekong Delta. He was wonderful and did everything possible to ensure
that we had a great time.
Thank you for organising everything so well and we would certainly
recommend your services to anyone we knew who planned to travel to
Vietnam in the future.

Lyn Stormont

Hi Thi Nga,
Thanks for your email. I wanted to write you to thank you for excellent
service. The late car was no problem. Everything was up for our
expecation or even better. The boat on Mekong was great, the hotel is
ChauDoc was fine and the transportations were good. Without your
assistance to coordinate the trip, I am sure our 4 days in Vietnam would
not have been so good.
Thanks a lot. I will surely recommend you or your agencies in the
future.

Bonjour Huyen!

Dear ms Nguyes Thi Nga!
Thank you once more for all your help on our travel arrangements &
tickets.
We troughly loved Vietnam. At the first night we arrived to Saigon we
fell in love with it. Saigon is hectic but still so easy going an safe.
We definetly liked it more then Bangkok etc. Food is good and very cheap
at least for Europeans in generally.
Our flight to Phu Quoc was right on time and the flight it self was easy
and fast. The ticket you booked for us worked good and that was the
confirmation for us that you do your business good :) Phu Quoc was very
peacfull and beatifull. We hade a motorbike for two days and we explored
the island with it. The Sasco Blue Lagoon resort was fine for us -
quiet, clean, good location. Food at the hotel how ever wasnt to our
likings. Basicly we ate outside in Duong Dong or the restaurant on the
hotel road.
Private car to Mui Ne was very confortable and easy. Of coure not the
cheapest way but it was worth the money. Our acomodation in Mui Ne was
ok but i have to say some negative things about it. The rooms where very
dirty - there where mouse/rat poo in closet and also in the courtains on
the beach there where lots of rat nest and also rat poo, not so nice...
How ever altogether Mui Ne was ok, but i think one time there is enough.
Anyway about your services we where 100% satisfied. Even the ride from
Saigon to Mui Ne was so easy arrange by phone!
We would definetly recomend you to any of our friends and would
offcourse use your services again if needet!
One thing you could do is improve your website looks! I think that is
kind of messy and cheap looking, not looking very trustfull.
(thats only my opinnion as a grafic designer...)
I hope you the best for year 2010 and will contact you for our future
trips if in sight!
Best regads,
Teemu & Tiina Kiiskinen
i includet couple of photos for you from Phu Quoc & Mui Ne

Dear Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga,
I just would like to thank you for the effort you put in to organise our
trip to Vietnam which we really enjoyed. It was unfortunat that it
didn't work out with the bus ticket but I got the refund back.
Warm Regards and just the best for you
Rahel

Dear mr Trong
I am sorry that it has taken me so long to come back to you. I was
thinking of giving you feedback anyway.
We are very satisfied with our tour go Vietnam, however we have some
small comments.
The hotels were all very good especially Rex in Saigon, however they
were all very good. The cars were all good and they were all on time at
the correct place throughout the tour. Very well. The guides were also
very good we thought. Also the guide in Hanoi. They were all very
different and that was interesting for us. The guide in Hanoi of whom
you want especially feedback, we liked very much. He was flexible and he
took changes very professionally so I believe you are safe in keeping
him onboard. The meals were all good, but for two. And this is one of
the suggestions for improvement I have. When we arrived in Nha Trang and
in Hanoi the program said that we should transfer to hotel for
breakfast. That was changes on route and I accepted it so I am partially
to blame. However both the replacement restaurant were below standard
and in Hanoi we refused to eat there and transferred to the hotel ad
paid our own breakfast as you had prebooked the restaurant. The hanoi
guide was surprised by this, but he tackled that on the spot without a
blink. I am not sure the two others would have cooped with the situation
so professionally, especially the guide in Danang!! IMy recommendation
is that if you have a party arriving in the morning, let them eat at the
hotel and check in later.
The train rides where the most unpleasant ones. The first was ok because
the beds where clean and the train on schedule. The second was ok
because it was during the day, however the last was substandard. The
train was unclean, cold and generally held low maintenance and standard.
We should have flow, but it was our choice. However, when we arrive so
early in the morning a full days program is to much. It should have been
over two days and the trip to Halong bay either skipped or the total
program arranged differently. It was worth seeing, however it is
becoming totally westernized and commercial. The food on the boat was
tasteless. The crew, I noticed eat real vietnamese food which are
fantastic but theta served the tourists something else. Probably in the
belief that tourist must eat something else.
Appart from this we had a fantastic tour, the service was excellent, the
drivers good, the sightseeing interesting, the mix between program and
freetime as we wished, so we will and are recommending you to our
friends. If they go to Vietnam i do not know because it is a long flight
from here and still considered a little exotic.
So thank you for your service and always good information.
Vennlig hilsen
Tomas C Archer
