Day 1: Phnom Penh

On arrival at Phnom Penh Airport, you are met and transferred to hotel. The
capital city of Phnom Penh was once considered the loveliest city of Indochina.
Despite its recent turbulent history, it still maintains considerable charm. A
city tour acquaints us with some major sights of Phnom Penh. The private
quarters of the Royal Palace are now home to the royal family and are therefore
very close to the public. At the northern area of the palace grounds is Silver
Pagoda, the most sacred shrine in the country. We visit both structures as well
as the legendary temple of Wat Phnom, which provides an interesting view over
the environs. The next stop of our trip is the National Museum, exclusively
dedicated to Khmer art and sculpture. The majority of the exhibits are from the
Angkor period from 9th to 15th centuries, but some date from as early as the 4th
century. Day 2: Phnom Penh - Siem Reap (B, L)
Morning we take flight from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap. Upon arrival at airport you
are met and we drive to South Gate of Angkor Thom, the famous Bayon temple – a
unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara,
Baphoun, the Terrace of Temple, Elephants and Terrace of the Leper King.
The tour start with the visiting to the famous temple: Angkor Wat. Angkor Wat is
a World Heritage Site since 1992, famous for its beauty and splendor. Angkor Wat
features the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, which runs along the
outer gallery walls and narrates stories from Hindu mythology. After that, visit
Bakheng Temple and enjoy a romantic sun set view form Bakheng hill.
This evening we enjoy 1 hour foot massage before transfer to your hotel. Day 3: Angkor discovery (B, L, D)
08:00 Visit Banteay Srei temple nearly everyone's favorite site. The special
charm of this temple lies in its compact size, remarkable state of preservation,
and the excellence of it decorative carvings, visit Banteay Samre. We continue
to visit the fabulous Ta Prohm embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and
gigantic creepers.
12:00 We go to local restaurant for lunch.
15:00 We embark on Ox cart to visiting the Khmer Village and enjoy view of the
rice field and a lots of palm trees with great fresh air. We board on boat in
Tonle Sap Lake. Here, enjoy a brief cruise past floating villages complete with
schools, restaurants, and hospitals.
Having dinner with dance Apsaras show at local restaurant & overnight in Siem
Reap. Day 4: Siem Reap departure (B)
Breakfast at the hotel
Free until transfer to Siem Reap International airport departure flight.
