Dear Mr Trong,
We arrived in Malta an hour or so ago…. I cannot thank you enough for our three week tour in Vietnam which included a few days in Cambodia. Your tour was well above our expectations, we loved every minute of it. Your guides were superb and deserve every commendation.
Bar perhaps one they were exceptional; Lan (can’t spell his name) was outstanding in our introduction to Hanoi, he is most intelligent and interested to learn of other people’s cultures whilst explaining his own. His introduction to Vietnam was exemplary.
We were intrigued and thoroughly enjoyed our guide in Sapa, he above all and with only a primary education spoke excellent English and clearly enjoyed his job and perpetrated his pleasure to us.
The guide in Hue and Hoi An was very kind and tolerant of a couple of oldies! He looked after us very well and was superbly thoughtful throughout his responsibility towards us, we thoroughly enjoyed his company.
Finally you gave us Ms Huong in HCMC and the Mekong Delta area, and what a charming and sophisticated lady, there is no other word but she was brilliant for four days which I am well aware is quite a strain on her. She is without doubt an outstanding and lovely lady. I am aware she works for Tuan Linh and what an asset.
When I first contacted you I was always hopeful of others joining the tour, that was not to be, through no one’s fault; so to an extent the guides had to fill that gap, which every one of them in their own unique way did superbly.
I haven’t yet mentioned the guides in Cambodia, both of them were excellent, the first was only a half day tour day (probably three-quarters of a day!) and Marin (hope I have spelt his name right) cared for us throughout two days at Angkor Wat. He was very thoughtful and enthusiastic. We were very happy with him.
When one hands over a not insubstantial sum of money over the internet to a tour guide such as yourselves you speculate on what you might receive – in our case we have come away with more than that which expected. So thank you very much indeed.
Finally a word on your country (both of them). Any wars you may have had are well passed and the rights or wrongs have been well discussed and are today irrelevant but my God you chaps in South East Asia are going places. You are a lovely bunch of people.

The Halong Bay tour went ok and Sonny, the guide, was very helpful in arranging the meeting/pick-up for my airport transfer. The drive to the airport went ok and I was in the airport at least 1 1/2 hours before the flight.
Thank you for all your assistance. If I know of anybody going toHanoi, I will definitely recommend your services.
