I was extremely happy with your service. The boat trip was fantastic and
so were the staff. We were not that crazy about the train trip (even
though we did end up having a lot of fun!) and we found the staff at the
train office in Hanoi rude and unhelpful. The taxi that you provided at
no charge was fantastic – a very comfortable ride and exactly on time!
Your company’s service was excellent and reliable and I would have no
problem to recommend tuanlinh travel to others.

Dear Mr. Ngo Quang Trong,
We are back to Tokyo.
Thank you very much again for the trip to Sapa. We had wonderful time in
Sapa. One thing we surprised was the bus was local!
We expected it was from the hotel. When we arrived at the Lao Cai
station, we had to wait for about one hour to leave for the Hotel. It
was O.K. for waiting for the guests for the same hotel, but they were
not. On the way back to the station, the bus left 4:30 and the driver
picked us the local people on the street and the other hotels. It took
about one hour to leave for the station. It was just local bus and price
was 30,000vn! It is O.K. to pay handling fee, but if you explained
clearly the situation, it might have been better, because we were so
surprised when many local people coming in to the bus! I am not saying
we do not want to take the same bus with the local people. We just
surprised the situation since we did not know.
As I mentioned we are starting to plan to visit Laos this December. I
will see the website which you sent to me.
