C`est aujourd`hui, notre dernier jour a Saigon Nous sommes tres content de notre voyage, on prefere Hanoi a Saigon
On a adore Hue et surtout Hoi An ou nous sommes restes 10 jours.
C`est a Mikes hotel que l`on a eu le meilleur accueil.......c`est vrai,on l`a dit a plusieurs touristes

Dear Mr Ngo Quang,
Thank you very much for all the help you provided during our stay in your beautiful country. You delivered what you promised and our journey was wonderful.
There were two areas, however, which there were problems and I feel obliged to tell you about them so you can adjust your services to other clients accordingly.
The first and most serious one has to do with the choice of REX Hotel in Saigon. Despite its historical reference this was a disaster. The rooms were bad, the windows were painted so you could not see outside, because the outside was nothing but a disgusting, dirty backyard.
The carpeting was old and dirty, to the point you felt uncomfortable. The bathrooms were equipped from 1970's and the one key per room did not allow the two people t be in different places because the key served as the light switch too .
The beds were also from the 70's and they were so hard our backs hurt. Overaqll REX was not a good choice and certainly it had nothing to do with the other hotels we stayed.
The second problem had to do with the lack of experience of the guide in SAPA. THe young person by the name of Victory was pleasant and well meaning, but it was evident that he had no essence as to how to lead a group. Nevertheless, we liked him as a person and his lack of experience did not affect us much.
I hope this info helps you improve your services. Again I believe that you provided an excellent package and I will recommend you to some people that you may do business with.
I am leaving in a couple of hours for vacation to some remote Greek islands and I will be back the 10 th of September. If i have access to internet I will respond to any questions you have. If not, I will respond in September

Dear Ms Thu Hien
We would like to thank you for the nice tour we had in your country.
Everything was perfect organized and we enjoyed a lot our trip.
Even the restaurants you chose for us were wonderful and we could try a lot of nice dishes from Vietnam.
All the guides were really very gentle with us and they let us know a lot of information about the history of your country. They answered us of any questions and we learned really a lot of Cambodia and Vietnam.
If we will come another time to Asia we will surely ask you again to organize for us a nice tour.
Thanks a lot for what you have done for us so that we will always have a wonderful memory of our trip to your magic country!
