Our trip to Vietnam was fantastic. Our service with Livitrains was very good. Thank - you to your tour company for delivering our train vouchers to our hotel as promised. We had some slight confusion with no ticket for our return journey being issued however this was resolved by our tour guide from the Sapa village of Ta Van. Our Tour Guide's name is Lang Giang and she provided a wonderful service to us, picking us up from the train at Lao Cai, providing a wonderful insight into the village lives of the Hmoung, Moung and Zao people and looking after every aspect of our trip. the service was fine. Only did I first reseive a voucher with the wrong dates.
I think it was aproblem with the hotel and not your company but maybee you can make the remark to them then. They did not pick us up in the airport as I thought they would and what written on our voucher, insteed they paid our taxi but it would have been VERY nice to know that the arrangement where sp insteed of waiting 15 min first for a pick up that never came...
But eecept fron that we had agreat tine in vietnam and Phu qouc!

I would like to thank you very much for the organization of our trip in Vietnam. We have spent fantastic holidays in your country. I would like to say that everything was prepared very well and our guides and drivers were very professional, nice and polite people. I hope that we were not difficult people for them. Even weather was very good (some of our colleagues told us that rain season is not right time for the visiting Vietnam) and when it was raining it did not create any complications for us.

Jan and I would like to express our thanks for an unforgettable tour of Vietnam. All the arrangements went flawlessly. The guides and drivers were very professional,informative and considerate at all times. The vehicles were very clean and up to date. We were always pleased at the end of the day with our accommodation. The itinerary and the time available was excellent. Even the weather ( except for the second last day ) was kind if a little hot for us.

I was meaning to get back to you and say thank you for all the help you provided me when booking my train tickets.
It’s so great to know that I could use your travel services in your country instead of using ours in Australia, this means that all the money stays in Vietnam.
Our holiday was fabulous and what a beautiful country Vietnam is. The SE6 train was certainly an experience and one that we are glad we experienced once, but did prefer the flight back on the return to Saigon.
