Hello Nga,
The cruise was excellent. The only issue we had was confirmation of our
pick up day and time. I had troubles confirming with your company that
someone was picking us up from our hotel. I managed to contact Do Manh
Duc after hours and he confirmed our pickup details for the next day. An
email or phone call one or two days before departure would confirm that
everything is ready.
We were extremely pleased with our Red Dragon Cruise although we were a
little late arriving at Halong Bay and had to advise the driver that we
needed to be back in Hanoi as soon as possible to catch our flights. He
appeared to be driving slowly to and from Hanoi compared with traffic
around us. Maybe he was being a little over cautious but arriving over
an hour late delayed our Junk departure was disappointing.
I have told several friends of your services and hope they too will book
tours with your company.

Dear Nga Nguyen,
I have only just arrived home so am happy to give you our thoughts on
the service that I received from you.
All I can say is that the service was totally fine, everything worked
out to our expectations and I am sure
that there was nothing else you could have done to help us with our
bookings and providing any
information that I asked for.
We were very pleased that we booked the whole compartment on the trains
as I would not have liked to share
with strangers although you do meet some really great people when
travelling but I think to have 4 people and
luggage in the compartment would have been terrible and especially more
so if you where allocated the top bunks.
Fortunately, with your help, we had the compartment to ourselves and had
a very enjoyable and mostly comfortable tripon the trains.
Most certainly, should the need arise, I will definitely recommend to
anyone contemplating train travel in Vietnam,
to contact you especially as you are beyond reproach.
We had a great time travelling through Vietnam and from there we went to
Laos and Cambodia but now I am home and
back to work but that is good also.

Dear Miss Nga Nguyen:

satisfaction we need when we were in Ho Chi Minh. The hotel, food and
staffs were all great. Rest assured, I will contact you on my next visit
