I have just come back to work!!!
We had an absolute awesome trip and would like to thank you for your
patience and professionalism in the challenges with changing our
itinerary.
We loved all our hotels except the one, as you know, in Luang Prabang.
The hotel in Phnom Penh and the resort in Sihanoukville were totally
amazing and I would recommend them to your future clients.
Pauls leg will be in a plaster cast for another 3 weeks and hopefully
then he will be able to go back to work.
Would it be possible for you to send me a copy of the final Itinerary
before our changes and also an amended itinerary with the changes and
new costs. Could you also please itemise what and how much the changes
were for as I will need this information for our Travel Insurance
Company. Can you please include the credit card fees.
Once again thank you so much for all your help while we were away. I
have a colleague, Laurent Tissoort, who will be going to Cambodia,
Vietnam and Laos in January 2013. He has already booked his flights and
accommodation, but I have given him your contact details so that you can
help him organise some tours.
