We had a great time at Cambodia and Vietnam. We really enjoyed!
Concerning pick up at Sofitel Plaza Saigon Hotel, we waited at hotel
lobby until 04.45pm, and then we took a taxi to airport.
We had to check out at hotel around 02.00pm, but we stayed at the hotel
lobby waiting for our arranged transport to airport. We were
disappointed because nobody got in touch with us to let us know that
wouldn’t be possible to pick us up. Please advise your car driver that
next time he as to confirm with the “concierge”, as we had to leave our
room available from 2.00pm (check out time for Sofitel Hotel).
Is it possible to get our money back from this service?

Chao chi Huyen,
cam on chi hoi tham. Ki nghi cua chung toi tai Phu Quoc da de lai an
tuong tot. Nhat la khach san noi chung va nhung nhan vien phuc vu noi
rieng.
Chung toi co rat nhieu ban be cung muon ve Viet Nam tham quan va nhat
dinh ho cung se den Dao Phu Quoc choi. Chung toi se ke ve Thousand Stars
Resort va chac chan ho se toi nghi o khach san cua cac anh, chi day.

Thanks for your email.
Overall, we have mixed review with regards to your service. Our Day 1 to
5 trip (HCMC - Cantho- HCMC), has been great !! I must say we have a
very helpful guide (Mr Long) and driver who provide good service to us
tru out our journey. Long has really bring out the best in HCMC and
Cantho - both places of interest, history and food. Special thanks to Mr
Long for helping us way past Day 5 of our trip (Day 6 to Day 9) when we
have problem communicating with the Dalat guide and giving us a call
almost every night (Day 6 to Day 9)to see if we required any help.
For our Dalat trip ( Day 6 to Day 8) , we are quite disappointed in the
guide service . We asked for an English speaking guide. However, our
Dalat guide hardly speak English. We have a hard time talking to him.
That spolit our mood at Dalat although I must say Dalat is a beautiful
place. To make matter worst, the guide "refused" to take us to places
that we requested to go (Now I'm not sure whether he understands what we
want.... after a while we get too tired to communicate to him....).When
we asked for eating places, he do not know where to bring us to , we end
up being "chop" by a Chinese restuarant that I cant recall.....
To sum up, I thought the driver service is great. For guide service, I
thought the guide shd be able to speak good English if we requested for
an English guide. I was told that our Dalat guide was only 7 months into
his job. If he is too new, then he shd be accompanied by a senior which
will allow him to pick up valuable experience. Generally , I thought
Vietnam tour guides are on the quieter side. I thought it will be good
if the guides could speak up more eg giving an introduction of the
places that we are visiting , when we are at the museum bring out the
best in the exhibits,....etc.
I hope the above will help improve your service. Vietnam is a nice
place. I will definitely visit it again esp North and Central Vietanm.
Hopefully when I do visit again, your service will have improved. I look
forward tousing your service in the future.
