Dear Dinh Thao,
Thanks for your email, we would like to thank you for your help and
advice, it was extremely useful and greatly appreciated.
We thought that both trips were very good and well organised, the guide
for both trips were very professional and informed and we thought that
the food and service aboard both trips was very good. The taxi/transfer
for each trip was on time (early in both cases and ready to help us).
One small point regarding Indochina Sails was that some guests had
already booked their evening wine tasting in advance of their trip –
this didn’t make any difference to us and was not any more expensive but
may be an additional service that could be offered in the future.
I will certainly recommend your company to any friend of mine who may
visit Vietnam; I’ll also be emailing Lonely Planet and Rough Guide with
a recommendation for your company.

Dear Mr. Ngo Quang Trong,
Thank you for your email. I was satisfied with the service which your
travel agency provided and appreciate your assistance in making my trip
memorably. Yes, I would recommend the Tulico train and your travel
agency.
A recommendation for you to take into consideration is to provide a bit
more information to clients about the process for converting the train
vouchers into actual tickets, and where to go then to wait for and then
board the train.
