We had a wonderful time in Sapa – Livitran Express was really good but
especially the hotel (Cat Cat View) which you arranged for us was
superb.
I can highly recommend this hotel – friendly staff, awesome view and
nice rooms. Everything was fine.

please excuse me for the delay.
I haven't forgotten you.
Your service was really great, the trekking guide Dem gave us a very
good guidance, he also told us a lot, more precisely in writing, because
we're deaf.
The pick-up service at the airport in Hanoi was great, so were also Lao
Cai and Sapa.
The hotel in Sapa was brilliant.
We enjoyed our time in Sapa really very much.
We would like to travel to Sapa again and climb the highest mountain.
Of course we'll contact you again, because everything went great.

Hi Luong Lan,
Sorry for not having answered you before, I have been very busy since I
came back.
We are very happy with your services, and we really enjoyed our trip.
We liked everything. Your help at the beginning was very useful in order
to define the trip, the guides have been very nice and the tours for us
were very friendly and professional.
Maybe just one remark about Sapa, I didn't understand that my luggage
was not going to be brought at night during the 3 trekking days. Maybe
they could insist on that fact because I dind't take even my toothbrush!
