Dear Ms Thao,
The Livitrans train from Laocai to Hanoi was very good - although the
4am arrival in Hanoi is tiring! If we were to do this journey again, I
would look to try and arrive a little later.
The normal train to Hue last night was also very good - we had a 4
person cabin to ourselves, so in many ways it was just as good as the
Livitrans.
Thank you again for your help during our trip to Vietnam - this weekend
we fly into Laos so I will say goodbye now.

We must thank you and your company for a perfectly organised trip.
We enjoyed it very much and were positively surprised by Vietnam and the
vietnamese people. Our recommendation of your country and company goes

If there is one thing to remark it is that I would recommend sending the
feedback forms by email and not through the guides. I would imagine the
answers from your guests would be more truthful.
