Hi Thu Hien
I`m sorry for being late.
Thank you very much, Thu.
We had totally enjoyed Phu Quoc staying.
We love vietnamies people and food so much, especially Phu Quoc.
As for the thousand stars resort, staffs are so nice, friendly and kind.
So we could spend a good time by them great hospitality.
Room is also clean, there`s nothing to complain at all.
If you need some suggestion from us, there`re 2 things.
To keep local activity guide or fliers help us where to go, what to do
easily.
To take a way Big figurine in the hotel area, that makes better
atmosphere Vietnam.
Once again, thank you very much for your help.
I`ll be back to Vietnam soon!
Regards

Dear Ms Thu Hien,
thank you for email, yes we had a great time visiting Sapa and also
enjoyed the train journey there and back, as for your companies service,
I think if you carry on the same way as you are you will be doing a very
good job, I was more than pleased with the service I received from you.
Many thank's,
Mr Clifford Miller.

Dear Thu Hien
Everything was excellent.
The Halong Jasmine, the food the staff, Halong Bay, the pickup from the
Hotel and back all was very good.
We enjoyed it all and had no complaints.
The only problem was with the payment. You made it very hard to happen.
A lot of other payments we made over the internet at the time were much
easier.
Thank you
Margaret

Dear Ms Hien
Happy New Tiger Year to you too.
First of all your service has always been very good and professional.
My only feedback would be that I did not realise that we had vouchers to
collect the tickets and not the actual tickets. So when we arrived at
the train station we were a bit confused where we had to go to. (It was
also new year's eve so i guess the satation was a lot busier than
normal). I think originally you said someone could meet us at the
station and I guess if we had chosen to do this it would not have been a
problem. I'm not sure what your standard procedure is.
But if your customers are going to the station by themselves - i would
make it clear that they have vouchers only and exactly where to go to
collect the tickets.
Thank you again for your excellent service
Best regards
Mr Tony

Dear Ms. Nguyen,
I remember you helped me find a room in on the almost fully booked
island Phu Quoc. Sorry I reply you so late.
It is also a bit late to wish you a happy new year with lots of health
and good luck, but I do it anyway.
I want to thank you again for finding us a room. When we arrived on Phu
Quoc, we met a lot of people who didn't have a booking and had trouble
finding a room, so I am glad we arranged everything in advance.
As for Than Kieu resort, we stayed longer than we planned because we
liked the island so much. The resort itself was ok. The rooms were big
and quite clean. The location is excellent: a quiet spot on the beach,
not too many people and close to the town. But, all in all, we found it
a bit expensive.
When we arrived, someone from the resort was supposed to pick us up, but
there was noone there. I called the resort and we were told to take a
taxi. This worked out well but I think it is a bit of an example of how
the staff run the resort. We had the feeling they were quite
uninterested in helping out the customers, almost indifferent.
What bothers me is that I gave a few postcards to the manager with money
for stamps and he was going to mail them. That was a month ago and none
of our postcards have arrived. Which is a pitty. It wouldn't surprise me
if he forgot all about it. Maybe they are still somewhere on his desk.
But, that being said, we are very happy that we went to Phu Quoc and
maybe we will go back in a few years. But we won't be staying at the
same resort.
As for your services, only positive comments! Thank you again!
Daniella (Ms.)

Dear Nguyen,
We had a really nice stay at the Thanh Kieu Resort. The room was basic,
but we did not spend much time there. The beach was beautiful. The owner
of the resort was very friendly and helpful. Thanks.
Sincerely,

Dear Ms Thu Hien,
Thanks for your email. I will try to write a good answer.
We really liked Vietnam. Ho Chi Min is a nice city with houses well
taken care of compared with China. The traffic is more load as all
mopeds are using petrol. In China many are using batteries so it's not
so noisy. The traffic behaviour is better in Ho Chi Min :-) Phu Quoc was
a nice Island with nice people. We were impressed by the high quality of
cars being used for taxi driving and such nice and polite taxi drivers.
Same reflection in Ho Chi Min.
We were met at the airport when we arrived and our hotel in Ho Chi Min
was good. My parents in law from Sweden arrived the following morning
and we spent some days together. We joined Christmas eve at the hotel
adn it was nice. Breakfast and Christmas eve had very good food and good
service. We can recommend the hotel.
At Phu Quoc and our first hotel Thien Hai son Resort we had booked two
rooms. Both were on the first floor just near the lobby. One was facing
the pool, the other one the tennis court. Quite old rooms and bathrooms.
I woke up at 5.40am the first morning as three cleaning ladies "had a
meeting" just outside our room. 6.10am I went outside to ask them to be
quiet - they looked at me strangely...Our bathroom had no fan so they
installed one the second day. We had heard that sometimes the water and
electricity supply could have problems so we did not complain about not
having hot water in the bathroom until the second day. Just to be
informed that there is no hot water in our room as there is no hot water
heater installed!!! So, what to do? We were moved on the following day
(day 3) to a room on the second floor facing the tennis court. There was
no room available on second floor for our children so they stayed
downstairs. Now my husband and I had a room with hot water and were
awake at 6am every morning by people playing tennis instead of cleaning
ladies having meetings. I don't know what's best? The tennis court was
open 6am to 11pm!!! Could have been 7am/8am to 10pm.
Breakfast was good, their little restaurant at the beach was fantastic,
the pool was clean, the beach was clean, nice water. I believe staying
in a bungalow is a really good option at this hotel.
Then we moved for the last four days further south on the beach to Thanh
kieu Beach resort. Nice place with good service and a good breakfast.
One room with a fan and two beds with mosquito nets, just a simple
hanger to hang clothes and things. A small refrigerator. We just
unpacked exactly what we needed as there were no place to put the
things. To flush the toilet we had to use a bucket as the flush did not
work. It was very basic more like the places I stayed in when I was a
backpacker in Asia back in 1990. Nice veranda, fantastic view over the
beach and sea. A nice place, but a bit too small house for us as a
family and a bit too simple regarding the bathroom/toilet area.
We did a lot of walking around the area and we are positively sure that
the best place to stay at is Sea Star Resort at Phu Quoc.
We did a snorcling, island hopping trip. The food on the boat was
fantastic, the diving was so so. Unfortunately the sea is not being
taken care of so many of the corals are dead so it's very brownish at
all four stops. After the boat trip we were driven to a beach on the
east coast called Sao Bao Beach with white sand. We went into the water,
but it was full of plastic bags and rubbish. Awful. I believe it's
important for Vietnam to keep good care of the ocean and land to provide
an good environment for animals and humans.
Then we flu back to Ho Chi Min and arrived at Green Saigon Hotel. They
were not expecting us, but were very kind and called your agency to
check everything up. The first impression was "What is this for sort of
place". We arrived late afternoon and would leave next morning before
6am so what to do? They gave us two rooms. The children's room had a
window covered by a curtain and behind it was a wall! Both rooms felt
dusty and not clean. Sheets were very old and in our rubbish bin was a
used pink condom. This place felt like one you rent per hour not per
night if you get my meaning? The man from the lobby was really nice. As
they could not offer breakfast that early he went out and bought
breakfast for us the night before to keep in the refrigerator. In the
morning they helped us to get a taxi and we left for the airport and
flight back to China. I would never like to stay there again.
I hope this summary will help you. We are happy to have been in Vietnam
and will be glad to go back some day.
With kind regards
Kristina Rosen

Hello Nguyen,
Thanh Kieu in Phu Quoc was ok. It was to expensive for what I got to.
The room was a backpackers type and the price wasnt - $49. But it was
very close to the beach, breakfast was ok and the bar on the beach was
also nice, so I enjoyed my stay. The resort should put more effort in
the room and bathroom, thats all.
Thanks again

Dear Ms. Nguyen Thi Nga,
I want to thank you for the organization of my trip to Lao Cai and back.
I really enjoyed the region and Vietnam in generally and am thinking of
coming back to visit!
I can warmly recommend your services to other as it was very
uncomplicated and everything worked well!
Thank you.

Dear Ms Thu Hang,
we had a good time at the hotel. The breakfast was very good.
Just two little bad points: when we ate at the restaurant on the beach
we had sometimes to wait for a long time to get the foof (but it is not
very important because on holidays you can have more time) and the 2nd
point was, there were not always available chairs to lay on the beach.
For the rest it was good.
Best regards,
Audrey

Hello Hang
Thank you very much
The room and hotels were great.
I would definitely recommend to my friends.
Do you organise golf tours?
thanks

Hello Hang.
Yes, I remember, and was very pleased with my train service. The train
was very good. I appreciated that I was helped at the station to find my
ticket and my train. I do not know whether that was part of your
service. I appreciated that the tickets were delivered to my hotel.
Thank you very much. I hope to return to Vietnam some day.

Hello Hang,
Thank you for your mail. Hiep Thanh Resort was very nice. I would not
recommend the hotel rooms – the standard was very low – but we was able
to
change to a bungalow and they were very nice (more expensive though…).
Thank you for helping us with this booking and will certainly recommend
you to my colleges and friends.
Best regards from a very cold and snowy Stockholm.

Hi Nguyen Thi Nga,
thanks for the perfect organisation of our trip to Phu Quoc!
The place was wonderful, we had a beachfront bungalow everything was as
booked.
So, after a long journey from the mainland it was a tru relief when we
arrived at the hotel and were welcomed with the words - "you must be
Barbara - welcome!! your bungalow is ready!"
So - I will recommend your service to everybody
Thanks!
Barbara

Dear Ms.Thu Hang.
Yes of course, I remember you. Thank you for your services.Everything
was OK but my opinion about New Year party that price 40 USD
it was to much. We with my wife come at 9 p.m. and had"t wine, all foods
were cold and not enough.
We live and working in Vietnam about 8 years in VSP Vungtau city. I hope
using your service and recommend your to our friends

Dear Ms. Hang,
Yes, I remember well.
It was a pleasure to use your service – I was trying to book train
tickets very late for new year and had many difficulties findings seats
available. When I contacted you I was very surprised and happy to find
that you could find tickets for me - for that I was very grateful. The
tickets were delivered to the hotel at the time stated and the process
was very smooth and simple. You were very helpful.
Thank you again for your assistance and I will not hesitate to recommend
your service to friends and relatives.
David.

Hi Nga
the resort (Thanh Kieu resort, Phu Quoc island) was adequate - pricey
for the quality of accommodation. it lacked a professional attitude to
the guests (uniforms and training in customer service was lacking here)
and we found that the grounds needed to be more well maintained. the
number of beach lounges was inadequate. the position was wonderful!

Dear Ms. Thu Hien,
thank you for your e-mail. We also wish you all the best for 2010!
We are back to Germany from our truely fascinating and inspiring trip to
Vietnam. We would like to thank you for your support. We were very
delighted when we received your Christmas presents in addition to the
train tickets at the Metropole Hotel in Hanoi. Thank so much!
We were very satisfied with the service that you provided to us.
However, the Charm Hotel on Phu Quoc Island was in fact not so charming
(the service was considerably bad and Hotel crew was purely organized).
For this reason we would not recommend the Hotel. It was us who chose
the Hotel. Therefore, it was not at all your mistake.
We will recommend your service to friends that will travel to Vietnam in
the future.
Thank you again an best regards from snowy Berlin,

Dear Ms. Lan,
Yes, we are back to work/business and as usual busy for livelihood. My
family enjoyed very much to our short trip to Vietnam and would like to
come back in some other times. For me, I usually visit Vietnam since it
is part of my work but usually my company arranged hotel for me. But for
private trip, I really recommend my friends to you. All of you were very
hospitable, respectfull, helpfull, very well organized in arranging our
trip and the rooms are very nice for us but very practical cost too.
Though we were a bit worried of the location when we arrived midnight,
sorry but my family used to travel and first time for them to stay in
location inside a small road. It is really better that your have hotel
representative to pick-up your guests at airport otherwise they may
change their mind upon arrival. But when we wake up in the morning and
saw the smiling face of your staff, very welcoming mode and many
tourists around, we change our outlook and would like to stay again in
your hotel when we come back.
Thank you very much.
Best Regards,
Aris

Good Morning Ms Hien,
Sorry it has taken a while to get back to you! It has been quite hectic
since returning from our holiday!
Our night on Ha Long Bay was Magic! The food, the service, the cabin!
Everything about the whole experience was perfect. The flowers and the
Scarf that were present to my girlfriend for her birthday were totally
unexpected and certainly a surprise! Thank you for making her day a
little more special!
All I can say is that I have recommended your company to everyone we cam
in contact with who was headed towards Hanoi and we will continue to
spread the word of your company in Australia!
Thank you so much for making our night with you one of the special
highlights of our trip!
Barney.
